Vintage Royal China Sebring Ohio Warranted 22-k GOLD (GRAVY BOAT) # 1117. National Operative Potters was founded in 1890 in Liverpool Ohio, just researching this piece it seems like it was made before 1951, no chips or cracks, check all photos close up, one has small lines under rim, I took a close up of it.There is some wear on the gold plating on the handle.
