Vintage American Limoges Deep Dish Bowl Blue Willow, FW 38, 1930’s-40’s

This is a beautiful vintage American Limoges porcelain 9” deep dish bowl with the Blue Willow pattern. It is a Faberware piece and shows FW 38 on the back along with the maker’s initials of KFE. Production occurred at the Sebring, Ohio plant and was made in the 1930’s - 1940’s. The Blue Willow pattern has been a favorite in America starting during the Civil War. This is a gently fluted piece and is 9” across the top and stands 2.5” high. It is handcrafted and hand painted. The bowl is in beautiful condition without chips, cracks or scratches. There is some blue paint on the bottom rim. It appears to be some kind of mistake by the painter. I took pictures of the bottom so everyone can see. I suggest this item be used for display only to keep the pattern looking pristine.
