This item was being used by a local law enforcement agency. However, it is being sold as is for parts/repair.  When powered on, the fan begins to run, I can hear what sounds like a wheel spinning inside, and then the display shows PSU OFF.  I cannot get the light to shine and have no idea what is wrong with this or if it perhaps just needs a new bulb. The bulb that is inside looks like it was replaced in Sept. 2016.
Cosmetically, the unit is in overall good condition with 2 exceptions - I lost one of the 4 screws that holds the top on the case when I removed it to check on the lamp inside.  The top of the case is still quite secure with the 3 screws that are left.  And there is a sort of lens tip on the end of the cable and some of the black plastic surround has chipped off (see pictures).  Other than this, it looks good and appears to be a nice clean unit.
